• Client-side delays or issues: If client fails to provide content on time, or makes changes mid-campaign, this may affect results and is not the responsibility of Local-Insta.

 

2. Content Usage Rights

• Ownership: Graphics, captions, videos provided by client is owned by client.

• Third-party materials: Local-Insta is not liable if stock photos, music, or other licensed assets are used.

• Client-provided content: Client affirms they have the right to use anything they provide (e.g., logos, photos, trademarks).

3. Other Clauses

• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify Local-Insta if they provide content that infringes on others’ intellectual property.

• Termination clause: Local-Insta has the right to terminate the relationship if the client violates the terms or the platform’s policies.

• Governing law: Connecticut.

4. Performance Metrics

• Local-Insta may provide historical performance data, including follower counts, post views, story views, impressions, or other Instagram metrics, to help advertisers understand the typical performance of our town-based pages.

• These figures are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future performance, reach, impressions, engagement, or results. Actual performance may vary based on the town page, content, timing, audience activity, and changes to Instagram or Meta’s platform.

• Follower counts should not be interpreted as the number of people who will see a particular post or story. Similarly, views and impressions do not necessarily represent unique individuals reached.
